In addition to drilling and installing thirteen water wells, A&F provided the well development, pipeline installation, and construction management services for a well field established to support a refinery in South Texas.  As a part of this project, Andrews & Foster utilized industry proven well development methodologies to meet well efficiency expectations established by the client.
