Client is a privately held commercial real estate investment and management company.  The irrigation system was reconfigured to be self sufficient.  It incorporated an irrigation well that pumped into a pond; then booster pumps would remove water from the pond and irrigate the common areas of the high rise building grounds. Andrews & Foster completed a turn key water well project in tight conditions, intense timeline and with an above ground mud cleaning system to promote a debris free site. 10-inch casing was installed and pressure cemented to 1305-feet. 4-inch screen and liner was installed to 1600-feet. A 100 hp pump and motor system was installed 1,228-feet on 5-inch column pipe.  The well was developed and pump tested prior to final pump installation.
